introducing girlhood: a diary zine by maddy r! an 80 page b&w zine and the first zine installment of a series under the name girlboy by yrs truly. girlhood is a time capsule of my life from may 2021-janurary 2022, it's basically a semi-filtered diary of my life and loves and experiences or dare i say, my girlhood. this zine explores gender, what it means to be queer in my eyes, growing up as a "girl", friendship, family dynamics, creative process, and more. it's really special to me and captures a little piece of my soul. it was all made on the floor of my bedroom or at the corner table at pachamamas coffee house. hope u love it as much as i do!
